How often should I replace the needle cartridges?

For safety and hygiene, needle cartridges are strictly single-use only. Using a cartridge more than once can lead to skin irritation, infection, and cross-contamination. Always dispose of them in a sharps container after one session.

What is your shipping policy and delivery timeframe?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused items in their original packaging. Due to the medical nature of these products, we cannot accept returns on any devices or cartridges that have been opened or used.

Yes, all Dr. Pen devices purchased through our store include a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering any functional defects. This warranty does not cover accidental damage or wear and tear from improper use.
